STICKERS
Who designs your stickers?
All stickers are designed by me in Procreate and Adobe Photoshop.
Do you have any plans for new sticker designs?
I’m always sketching new ideas for stickers but creating the final artwork can take time. Typically, I introduce new designs in collections; however, if I have a particular one-off design I can’t wait to share, I may release it separately.

What materials are your stickers made from?
Currently all my stickers are made from transparent vinyl and are durable and weather resistant.
When will __ be back in stock?
I usually restock stickers every couple of months, depending on stock levels. However, if a particular design is going to be discontinued, once it sells out, it won’t be restocked.
SHIPPING
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days and sent via Royal Mail. Dispatch and shipping times may increase during busy periods and holidays.
What are your shipping rates?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class as either standard or large letter and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you require a tracking number with your order, please select the Tracked & Signed option at checkout. Otherwise orders will be sent using standard shipping without a tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
After orders are dispatched (usually 3–5 business days), UK orders usually take 1–3 business days to arrive. Please see my Shipping Policy for more information.
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, I don’t currently offer international shipping. I am working on it and it will be available soon.
My order hasn’t arrived/My order was returned to you
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from date of dispatch, it has likely been lost or is in the process of being returned to me. In this case, customers will receive a refund for the cost of the items excluding the initial shipping fee.
In the event that an order is returned to me, customers have the choice to either cover the shipping costs for resending the order or opt for a refund, minus the initial shipping fee.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 48 hours of ordering. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All orders are regarded as final and I cannot offer refunds unless items received are faulty or incorrect, within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch as soon as possible.
